• Annual Plan Document Maintenance – $750

• DC Owner Only (1-5 Participants) – $1,000

Total Annual Administration Work – $1,750 (billed quarterly at $437.50)*

*These numbers are based upon Participant Count. Participant Count is determined annually based on Annual Administration data.

Initial Billing

• Plan Set-up Fee – $1,000

• Annual Administration – $1,750

Total Initial Billing – $2,750
